Join Miniyaki’s Woodland Dining for a cozy supper club surrounded by nature and good vibes! Miniyaki's Woodland Dining Event - supper club A booking-only supper club held on select dates in our woodland garden in Herefordshire, limited to 20 guests for a truly intimate evening. Set beneath overhanging beech trees and within our lantern-filled shelter, this is an evening designed to be enjoyed slowly. As the light fades, guests are invited to relax, talk, and settle into the rhythm of the night, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the woods. The experience is offered as a set menu per person, carefully composed and refined over time. The evening begins with a shared, seasonal shōjin ryōri–inspired starter, followed by your choice of main course, selected at the time of booking: A) Sirloin gyukatsu with three salts B) Seabream tempura (gluten-free) C) Seasonal vegetable tempura (vegan & gluten-free) All mains are served with Japanese rice, finely shredded cabbage and seasonal tsukemono pickles, enjoyed as palate cleansers. Dessert follows, with complimentary hot green tea served and topped up throughout the evening. This is a BYOB event. Guests are welcome to bring wine, beer or soft drinks of their choice, with glassware available on request. Miniyaki’s Woodland Dining is a ticketed event with limited capacity. Menu choices are selected at the time of booking and cannot be changed on the night. With only 20 covers per event advance booking is essential. We have 1 14 seater oak long table for larger groups.
