Woorgreens Nature Reserve Trail (Forest of Dean)

Queer Hikes South Wales Forest of Dean Adventure! We are going to the Woorgreens Nature Reserve. Focused on Queer Women, Trans Men and Women and Non Binary folk. A moderate 8km/5 mile hike taking around 3hrs through the Woorgreen Nature Reserve. Mostly flat terrain. We might see some highland cows on the way!! Hike will be led by Oksana :) Please arrive from 10:30 onwards for a 11am start. We can't wait for you if you are late. Meeting point Linear Park Car Park (free) Ruspidge Halt, Cinderford St White's Road, Ruspidge, Cinderford, Glocestershire, GL14 3ER We will stop for lunch at some point of the hike and there is also a cafe on the trail! As it is Autumn season, please prepare it might be rainy and muddy on the trail. Post hike pub TBC If you are coming alone you can email or private message us on our social media pages for the link to our Whatsapp Group where you can connect with others and/or join the car share subgroup. QHSW organisers are Kat and Venla, they will be wearing hi-vis vests on the hike and will be there to introduce themselves and whats to be expected of the hike. We will also aim to have helpers to support in keeping the group together, befriending people coming alone and generally helping with any needs.
