Baby Signs and Parent Time (Ages 6 months - 2 years)

Join us for a session full of makaton signing, nursery rhymes, and mindfulness! This session combines the Us Mums team and the First 1001 Days team to deliver a play session filled with nursery rhymes and Makaton signs, all while focusing on parents’ wellbeing in a fun way using relaxation and mindfulness techniques. This is a great way to bond with your baby and to learn new ways of communication with your little one. This session is suitable from 0 - 24 months. See you and your little one there! This session only runs during term time. Please feel free to voluntarily contribute £1 towards the session. Schedules are added 4 weeks at a time. More dates will be made available.
