KindMind - In-Person Training (Session 1)

Join us for KindMind Session 1, an in-person training to boost your mindset and skills! KindMind In-Person Training: Session 1 KindMind is a partnership between North East Lincolnshire Council and Axis Recruitment, providing support, training and resources for neurodiverse people, their families, schools and employers across North East Lincolnshire. This October session is part of our in-person training programme, delivered in collaboration with nasen, the national charity supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. It's designed to give practical, real-world understanding of neurodiversity that you can take straight back into your home, classroom or workplace. Who it's for Parents and carers, school staff and SENCOs, employers and managers, and anyone in North East Lincolnshire who supports neurodiverse children, young people or adults. What you'll gain A clearer understanding of neurodiversity and how it can shape the way people learn, communicate and experience the world; practical strategies for creating supportive, inclusive environments; and the chance to ask questions and connect with others in the local community facing similar situations. Session details Date: Wednesday 14th October 2026 Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm Venue: Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre, Alexandra Dock, Grimsby, DN31 1UZ Cost: Free Places are limited, so please book early.
