Gentle toning exercises for Pre and Post Natal Women, non-mobile babies welcome. Get ready to tone those muscles and have a great time with other mums in the community. Join us for a fun and energising workout session. Let's work on our legs and bums together while bonding with other mums. Don't miss out on this opportunity to stay fit and socialise at the same time.
