Oil and Gas Heritage Walkshop

Join the TRANSECTS Team in a free heritage walk exploring Oil and Gas histories around Hull City Centre. From whale oil, to oil and gas, and now offshore wind and other renewables, the Humber has been shaped by the energy we use. But energy transitions aren't just about fuel. They change places, jobs, communities and the environment around them. Following their earlier Gas and Oil Storylines event, join the TRANSECTS Team on a relaxed walk around Hull City Centre exploring histories and stories relating to the local Oil and Gas industry at on-site locations. Meet the team outside the Maritime Museum at 2.55pm for approximately a 1 hour walk. Please dress appropriately for the weather. You do not need to book onto this Walkshop - just turn up on time - but feel free to book via Eventbrite to add it to your calenders and receive email reminders. We'll see you there!
