Discover Ravenser Odd, a lost Humber seaport, and uncover its dramatic history and the evolution of the peninsula now known as Spurn Point. Ravenser Odd was a powerful seaport at the mouth of the Humber Estuary. It came into being c1230 A.D, but by 1362 the last traces of the town were washed away by engulfing waters. But was it lost for all time? Come along and discover the site’s history and the subsequent evolution of the peninsula that is now known as Spurn Point.
