Sir John Nelthorpe School Year 6 Open Evening 2026

Our Open Evening will take place on Wednesday 16th September this year. Please book to attend and find out more about our wonderful school! Our 2026 Open Evening will be taking place at our Grammar School Road site to give you an opportunity to tour our site, viewing our facilities and meet our staff and pupils. The Headteacher will be making an optional presentation during the evening at 6:00pm, 6:45pm and 7:30pm in our Drama Hall. The address will be the same each time so you only need to attend one and if you prefer to just tour the facilities then you are more than welcome to do so. Please come to the Hall at the time you would like to hear the address, seating will be available on a first come, first served basis until the hall is full and announcements will be made across the site to let you know when they are taking place. Doors will open at 5.45pm to allow those to be seated for the first Head's Address at 6.00pm. You are able to attend the Open Evening at any time between 6:00pm-8:00pm. Booking is essential to ensure you secure a place at the event as our open evening events are very popular. Please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment. Please note that we only have accessible parking available on site so you should park in one of the town centre car parks and walk across to our Grammar School Road entrance.
