Sound Bath for deep relaxation - September Harvest Moon

Come join us in person for a soothing sound bath experience designed to help you unwind and melt away stress. Mark the Harvest full moon in your calendar by taking time to pause and experience the calm. The Harvest moon is traditionally when farmers would make use of the full moons light to harvest their crops. It represents abundance and preparation for the shift into Autumn. 🥣 Begin with 10 minutes of guided coherent breathing to help slow the breath and centre the mind. Then unwind to 50 minutes of gentle soothing musical sounds including gong and healing crystal bowls. You will be brought back from your deep relaxation gently with the chime of Tibetan bowls, giving you time to recentre with a newly balanced brain-body connection. 🎶 A Sound Bath is a full body experience designed to promote deep relaxation in the mind, calming the nervous system and encouraging physical and emotional healing. 🧘🧘 Bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on and a cushion for extra comfort.
