The Festive Pause: A Sound Bath Between Christmas & New Year

Take a pause between Christmas and New Year with a deeply relaxing sound bath at Karinya Yoga Studio, Beverley. The days between Christmas and New Year can be a strange time. For some, they're filled with family gatherings, celebrations, travel and busy schedules. For others, they can feel overwhelming, exhausting or simply a bit too noisy. And for many people, this time of year can bring its own challenges and emotions. The Festive Pause is an opportunity to step away from all of that for an hour. Join me at Karinya Yoga Studio in Beverley on Monday 28 December for a 60-minute sound bath designed to help you slow down, switch off and take a moment for yourself in the middle of the festive season. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments, I'll create a relaxing and immersive soundscape while you rest comfortably and simply listen. Many people find sound baths help them unwind, ease stress and tension, quieten a busy mind and improve sleep. Whether you're looking for a moment of calm before the New Year begins, or simply a break from the busyness of the festive period, this session offers space to pause and recharge. No experience is needed. The studio is well equipped with yoga mats, blankets and pillows, but please bring anything your own if you prefer or anything you may need in addition. Chairs are also available if lying on the floor isn't suitable for you.
