Wild Stillness: Alpaca and Sound Experience with Cacao Ceremony

Autumn evening of cacao, alpacas, restorative sound, nature & gentle connection. Saturday 10th October, 6–8pm, Fulstow. Limited spaces. Join us for a deeply nourishing autumn evening of calm, connection and gentle restoration in nature. As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, this special two-hour experience offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and nature. We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony in the meadow. This gentle, grounding ritual invites you to arrive fully in the present moment, soften into the space and set an intention for your evening. From there, you’ll have the chance to meet and spend time with the alpacas. Their calm, curious nature offers a wonderful opportunity to slow your breathing, become more present and simply enjoy being outdoors in their company. We’ll then head into the cosy bell tent for a deeply restorative sound journey. Settle onto comfortable mats, wrapped in blankets with cushions and an eye mask, and allow soothing layers of sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation, rest and restoration. We’ll close the evening gently with reflection and journaling using guided prompts, with notebooks provided. Afterwards, enjoy warming herbal teas and cake together in the peaceful meadow surroundings.
