Cupcake Baking & Piping ( Adults )

We will teach you everything you need to know to bake, fill and decorate beautiful buttercream cupcakes. For home bakers and beginners. In this course you’ll learn everything you need to know about baking, flavouring, filling and finishing the perfect buttercream topped cupcakes. This course is aimed at home bakers, beginners and anyone who wants to hone their cupcake skills. The class focuses on natural, contemporary style buttercream finishes that focus on flavour as well as style. This course is taught by Bad Girl Bakery owner Jeni Iannetta and Head Baker Toni Davis in our bakery in Muir of Ord In this course, you’ll learn: • to bake our recipe vanilla cupcakes • to make and flavour the perfect buttercream • to flavour and fill your cupcakes • contemporary piping techniques This is a hands on, practical course and you’ll be baking 12 vanilla cupcakes as making your own buttercream and decorating your cakes. You’ll go home with the cakes, all the recipes and know how to recreate them at home. Soft drinks, coffee and cake are provided. THINGS TO NOTE The price includes 4 hours tuition, refreshments, recipes and all the cakes you bake (cakes have an equivalent £40 retail value) Email recipe support following the class. There is no fondant work in this class. We will only be teaching the recipes on the menu but will be happy to answer any baking questions in the Q&A session. This course is taught standing, though there will be regular opportunities to take breaks. This course is for adults only. We can’t allow anyone under 16 to participate. This class does not include Free From recipes. There are a maximum of 8 participants per class. Recipes taught in the class are all used in our menus and may be published elsewhere. We don’t issue refunds any later than 30 days before the class. After this, if you can’t attend we will refund only if we can sell your place.
