Make sure to stop by Hugh Miller's Birthplace Cottage as we open our doors and host some good old trick-or-treat fun! 🧛 Join us for hauntingly good fun on Halloween night for spooky crafts and scary challenges inside Hugh Miller's Birthplace Cottage - one of the most haunted buildings in Cromarty... 😱 As a child, Hugh Miller reportedly saw a ghostly pirate at the top of the stairs, and another time a severed ghostly hand in his bedroom doorway - will you be lucky (or unlucky) enough to spot a ghost during your visit? 👻 Drop in for FREE anytime between 5pm and 7pm for fun free Halloween activities - Don't forget to dress up for the occasion! Please register a FREE ticket so we can get an idea of numbers expected! • Only service and guide dogs are permitted inside the cottage. Dogs are permitted inside Lydia Garden so long as they are kept on a leash and under control • All attendees under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by either an parent or guardian and cannot be left unattended during your visit to Hugh Miller's Birthplace • Trick or Treat prizes and craft activities are subject to availability and first come, first serve • As Hugh Miller's Cottage is small we may be forced to restrict visitor numbers at certain points if it gets very busy
