Jacobite Afternoon Tea: A Journey Through Time

Step back in time for an afternoon tea with a twist of history. Enjoy treats, costumed interpreters, and 18th century letter writing! The Jacobite Afternoon Tea is a one-of-a-kind experience that will transport you to the 18th century. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from costumed interpreters, experience an afternoon tea at Culloden Battlefield, and write a letter to a friend or loved one (or even yourself!), with a quill, parchment, and a wax seal. Join us for an unforgettable afternoon! Make sure to book by 11:59pm on 9th October as booking will close the night before! What’s included: • A delicious selection of tea or coffee, sandwiches, scones and sweet treats • A presentation from our engagement staff in costume • A letter writing session with all materials included: quill (you can take home), ink and inkpot, parchment, and a wax seal.
