Celebrate Samhain with a day of breathwork, sound, deep rest and inner reflection. About the Event As the seasons turn and we arrive at Samhain, traditionally celebrated as the Celtic New Year, we invite you for a full day retreat to pause before we move into winter. An opportunity to reflect on all that this year has brought, honour those who came before us, acknowledge what we are ready to leave behind, and choose how we want to move forward with intention. Following the wonderful response to our first women’s retreat in June, we're delighted to be returning to Anam Cara for another day of feminine connection, breathwork, sound and reflection. Our gatherings are welcoming, intentional and ceremonial; carefully designed to support you on your personal journey, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Open to all women, no breathwork experience necessary.Everything is provided – simply come as you are. This day is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself at this important turning point in the year. Through guided practices, creativity and community, we'll create space to reflect on the months that have passed, find clarity, and set conscious intentions as you move into the winter season with gratitude and purpose. Its tranquil setting provides the perfect environment to slow down, reconnect and fully immerse yourself in the day. https://www.anamcara.org/ Health & Safety Breathwork is generally very safe, however extra care is needed with certain conditions (for example PTSD, panic attacks, some heart conditions, epilepsy and pregnancy). Cancellation Policy More than 10 days before the event: full refund. Less than 10 days before the event: unfortunately we're unable to offer a refund. However, you are welcome to resell your ticket or find someone to take your place. We are a small organisation, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact.
