Celebrated Frustration Opening View

Assembled from found materials, past experiments, and discarded objects, this new series of works expands the artist’s painting practice into more sculptural forms, with an assortment of textures, patterns, and colours bound together. Kenningale recycles and reshapes this accumulation of materials, often of tired, worn, ripped, or scratched items with unknown or forgotten purpose, into balanced compositions. Like a pause in frustration, the works find the materials a moment of poise, held tightly into place or stretched out, albeit temporarily. Opening view: Saturday 7th November 2-5pm Open Mondays – Fridays 10-5 Until Friday 18th December In The Art Station Lobby The Art Station, 48 High Street, Saxmundham, IP17 1AB
