Guy Cry Club

A space to explore how creativity can help us navigate our wellbeing. A series of creative workshop led by Ben Driver, Director of Guy Cry Club for men and male identifying folks (trans and non-binary inclusive). Each session will introduce you to a number of simple creative practices that can be used to help navigate our wellbeing as well as a "main make" where you'll be guided through creating a piece of art inspired by a particular theme. No experience needed and all materials will be provided. This is a welcoming space to play, get curious about creativity, and connect with others whilst you do so. Guy Cry Club CIC is an organisation that explores masculinity and mental health through art. Through hosting creative workshops, curating exhibitions and multi-media events, as well as speaking on panels and podcasts, Guy Cry Club is on a mission to diversify the ongoing dialogue on masculinity. www.guycryclub.com Instagram
