Yet it is often in those quieter moments that we begin to hear ourselves more clearly. A Glimpse of Limitless Possibilities is a free two-hour taster for women who are curious about what a retreat could offer, whether now or at some point in the future. Hosted by Judeline at Flemings Hall in Bedingfield, Suffolk, this relaxed afternoon will give you space to step away from the usual demands of life, enjoy lunch in beautiful surroundings and experience an introduction to wellbeing and mindfulness with helpful practices to take away What to expect 12 noon to 12.45pm: Welcome, introduction and lunch 12.45pm to 1.30pm: An introduction to wellbeing and mindfulness, led by Judeline 1.30pm to 2pm: A tour of Flemings Hall There is no pressure and no need to arrive with any experience of mindfulness or a firm intention to attend a future retreat. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to give a little time back to yourself. You are very welcome to come alone or invite friends to join you. As places are limited to 25, everyone attending will need to reserve their own free place. Lunch is included and you will be asked about any dietary requirements when booking.
