Free women-only movement sessions for 16-25s in Colchester dance, fitness, walks & swims, no experience needed. Stride in Motion is Elmhope's free, women-only movement and wellbeing programme for young women aged 16–25 in Colchester who do little or no exercise. Each week will feature a different activity, ranging from dance and low-impact fitness to mindful movement, guided walks and group swims, led by qualified female coaches. No experience is needed, and you can earn badges for taking part. This programme is funded by Sport England.
