The emotional weight that can follow you into your business, even when you aren't consciously thinking about it. This is a space to slow down, get curious about what's there, and explore what you're ready to release. Make room for what comes next. Held at Mullion Barn Mullion Barn is located in Hessett, IP30 9BQ We will use the main barn area and if blessed with good weather then the patio/garden area too. This barn holds wonderful calming and uplifting energy, it is the perfect location for these mini retreats, especially for the Meditation and Sound Bath activities COME AS YOU ARE You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to be “good” at meditation or journalling. You don't need to share anything you don't want to. You simply need to give yourself permission to pause. Just come and be you.
