We are delighted to have Sabaa Tahir joining us on the 4th of November to celebrate the publication of the highly anticipated sequel to Heir, Empire. Empire by Sabaa Tahir: Empire is the second and final book in the Heir duology. In Empire, number one New York Times and Sunday Times bestselling author Sabaa Tahir returns to the expansive world of fury and vengeance of Heir, weaving a story of legacy and rebellion, of loyalty and freedom, and of what it means to confront the monsters that lurk within us all. Sabaa Tahir is the bestselling author of the An Ember in the Ashes series, which has been translated into over thirty-five languages. She grew up in California’s Mojave Desert at her family’s eighteen-room motel. There, she spent her time devouring fantasy novels, listening to thunderous indie rock, and playing guitar and piano badly. This event will consist of 45 minutes of conversation between Sabaa and a soon to be announced chairperson, followed by 15 minutes of audience questions and then a signing.
