Elemental Rocket : Air

Over the autumn, Amber Dernulc is hosting a series of Rocket workshops based around each element; as dictated by the Mayan calendar. This extended Rocket® Yoga workshop is a creative hybrid sequence based on Larry Schultz' Rocket sequences. Working with the element of Air; you will be guided through a series of heart opening and expansive postures designed to invigorate and inspire you. The workshop will end with an extended shavasana and guided meditation to ground you back down. Expect a banging playlist, creative sequencing and to cultivate a feeling of joy. Whilst we move through the Air inspired sequence, we will work on some classic Rocket transitions as well as giving time and advice for inversions such as Pincha Mayurasana, arm balances, and dropbacks/backbends. Amber will be assisted by Anna Wilding and Natasha Berry, who will be providing demonstrations and hands on assists for those who want them. Both Anna and Natasha are qualified yoga teachers. We ask people to bring their own mats but you can also hire them from us for the event, just select the option below.
