We will meet in the carpark prior to event, where I will meet you and accompany you to the venue Into the stillness, into the sound A chance to slow down, breathe, restore and reconnect as we move into autumn. We’ll begin with slow restorative movement and breathwork before settling into an immersive sound bath allowing you a couple of hours to simply pause and be. where you'll dive into the stillness and let the sound carry you away.
