Each ticket includes a free iced matcha latte courtesy of NOOSH or an iced coffee or tea to enjoy after the class. ______________________________________________________ About this event: We've teamed up with Carly Bateman to bring BARRE to MOOVA! Think of barre as pilates’ spicier sister, blending the precision of pilates with the mindful flow of yoga. Driven entirely by the beat of a banging playlist, Barre is an energetic, mat-based workout designed to build functional strength and celebrate movement. While it’s definitely spicy, it is completely beginner-friendly with options to modify and moov at your own pace. Bring your energy, find the rhythm, and leave feeling empowered, strong, and connected to your body! - mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own - please arrive 5-10 minutes before your event start time - we advise removing jewellery before the start of the event - all events are strictly 18+
