MOOV & MATCHA: FLOW YOGA w/ India - Sun 20th Sept @ 4.30pm

MOOV & MATCHA Every weekend our series of fitness events focus of making fitness social. A chance to share positivity energy with your mates, meet new people, enjoy a group workout and get a weekend sweat on. Events will rotate between Flow Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fêteness & Barre across Left Bank (and occasionally Belgrave). The perfect opportunity to wind down after a long week at work, get a sweat on before a gruelling week at uni or take a positive break from family life for a couple of hours - we've got you covered every single weekend. Each ticket includes a free iced matcha latte courtesy of NOOSH or an iced coffee or tea to enjoy after the class. ______________________________________________________ About this event: A MOOVA event that we're really excited about. Take a breath and allow your muscles to relax as we place emphasis on slow & deliberate moovments. You’ll hold poses and control your breathing as we flow from one posture into the next. India is an amazing yoga instructor & MOOVA regular who runs her own retreats, so look forward to leaving clear minded & composed, having mooved your body positively & with purpose. You're in great hands! - mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own - please arrive 5-10 minutes before your event start time - we advise removing jewellery before the start of the event - all events are strictly 18+
