Chill out and recharge your vibe with some mellow moves and deep relaxation at Seasonal Yin. Slow, restorative postures encouraging deep physical release, joint flexibility, and nervous system regulation. Autumn gently invites us to shed what no longer serves us, making room for new growth. Join Holger for a detoxifying and transformative Autumn Yin Workshop, intentionally designed to rejuvenate your body and spirit as we transition into the season of harvest, reflection, and communal gathering. Through the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga, we’ll work deeply into the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, allowing the body to soften and release held tension. Longer-held postures, conscious breathing, and periods of stillness will encourage the nervous system to settle, creating a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and deep rest. Drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we’ll explore deep relaxation, mindful movement, breath, and stillness to support inner balance, vitality, and a sense of letting go.
