Serenity Evening with Moon Fox Frequency

Sound Bath & Empowering Glass Walk - A night of connection, calm, empowerment and transformation. Join us for a very special evening created to help you slow down, reconnece with yourself and step into your own personal power. This beautiful collaboration brings together Moon Fox Frequency and Looking After Me for and experience that combines deep relaxation with an empowering challenge designed to show you just how capable you really are. We'll begin with a relaxing sound bath from Moon Fox Frequency, giving you the opportunity to switch off from the outside world, quieten your mind and simply be. Then you'll be guided through an empowering ceremonial glass walk. Walking barefoot across broken glass might sound impossible. And that's exactly the point. The glass walk is a powerful experience of mindset, trust and self-belief. It's about challenging the thoughts that tell you "I can't" and stepping beyond your comfort zone and discovering what you're capable of when you believe in yourself. This is isn't about being fearless. It's about feeling the fear and choosing to take the step anyway. Throughout the evening there will be space for connection, reflection and silence, allowing you to switch off from the outside world and go within to have your own personal experience. There is no need to talk, perform or explain anything. This is your time to be present, connect with yourself and notice what comes up for you. This evening is for you if you… 💜 Feel like you’re always putting everyone else first 💜 Overthink or get stuck in your own head 💜 Want to reconnect with yourself 💜 Need a little more confidence or self-belief 💜 Feel ready to let go of something that’s holding you back 💜 Want to do something completely different 💜 Or simply fancy an evening of relaxation, connection and a bit of magic You don’t need to be experienced in meditation, sound baths or glass walking. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something new. Relax. Reconnect. Believe in yourself. Take the step. Spaces are limited book early to avoid dissapointment
