Tempo & Flo Track Session Coach Kerry Dixon, founder of Sprint & Flo, will lead a 90-minute coached track session focused on running technique, rhythm and tempo with the opportunity to test run the new Nike Pegasus Plus 2 trainers 👟 You will work through a progressive warm-up, mobility and running drills before finishing with controlled tempo intervals on the track. All running abilities welcome. ⏱️🏃🏽‍♀️ Please arrive during the first 30 minutes to check in and get fitted with your Nike Pegasus Plus 2 trial shoes. The coached session will begin promptly at 7pm. This session is FREE to attend. As places are limited, a £5 refundable commitment fee is required to secure your spot and will be refunded following attendance. This helps us make sure as many people as possible who want to join us get the opportunity to take part!
