Inspire Poetry Festival 2026 - Five Leaves New Poetry: The First Three Years

In this event we’ll be hearing from most of the Five Leaves New Poets, with a combination of published and new material. Since 2023 independent publisher Five Leaves has been showcasing the best of our region’s poetry in an ongoing series of pamphlets. This year Five Leaves received their first award mention – with Tara Singh’s Fragments longlisted for the Jhalak Poetry Prize. We’ll be paying tribute to Tony Challis (Rainbow Candles), who recently passed away, and featuring our newest New Poet, Diana Bosworth, who has written about travel and food in Restless.
