Kick back, get creative, and try out a chill art session that’s all about fun and finding your flow again after entering motherhood. Welcome to Palette and Pause Join us on october 9th 2026 at 10:15 AM at Stoke Bardolph Village Hall for a special session dedicated to mothers' wellbeing. This event is designed to help you reidentify yourself and take a refreshing pause just for you. This weeks class will be mark making using different mediums in an abstract way. Just turn up are all equipment and materials will be provided. No childcare is needed as this session is designed for babies to be safe next to you whilst you paint (suitable for pre walkers only), allowing you to relax and focus on your personal journey in a supportive environment.
