PATS Training at Wolston Leisure Centre Venue - Wolston Leisure and Community Centre Old School Fields Manor View Manor Estate, Coventry CV8 3PD Telephone - 02476 541212 Time - Arrival from 0845 until 0855. Course starts at 0900. Course ends approx 1530. No admittance to the course will be permitted after 0855. If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed to join the course and will still be charged for the place. You will need to rebook on a later date. Parking - Parking available onsite. Breaks will be arranged by the trainer during the session. You will need to bring your own drink(s) with you and also a pen and paper. Please note, if you have booked to be assessed in securing a wheelchair in an accessible vehicle this must be brought with you to the training. Attendees will be certified accordingly. If staff are not assessed using an accessible vehicle at the training session they may not work on WCC routes transporting passengers in wheelchairs without payment for a reassessment. ID - You are required to bring photographic ID and must show it to the trainer when signing in. Failure to bring ID will mean you will not be permitted to attend the course and will have to re-book. You will still be charged. Communication - the course will be conducted in written and spoken English. Members of staff will be required to participate fully in the session. Mobile Phones - Please switch all mobiles phones off or place on silent for the duration of the course. Smoking - No smoking policy in place Evaluation Form - Please be aware that evaluation forms must be completed and returned back to the trainer *Cancellation reminder for all courses: WCC have a course policy that requires 7 days’ notice of changes or cancellation of any bookings made. Failure to provide 7 days’ notice will result in a charge of the full price of the course fee.
