Feedback on our sound baths: "Just heavenly sound baths, I literally never miss one. My mind, my body, my sleep everything thanks me for it." Chloe “It was an amazing experience, me and my friend found it truly magical, thank you.” Nicola “I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the sound bath last month – and how wonderfully relaxing it was. I thought I’d fall asleep pretty instantly but actually spent the whole time drifting, sometimes coming back to the sounds and my breathing, and other times just letting my mind go off into a semi-dreamlike state. In fact, it felt like a real detox for the brain, allowing it to sort through images, feelings and ideas and file them away properly!” Tamsin
