🌲🐺 THE WILD WOMAN: RELEASE & RECLAIM There comes a point when we have to ask ourselves: What am I still carrying that I no longer need? Join us for two nourishing hours of somatic healing, hypnosis, therapeutic drumming and connection, inspired by the energy of the Wild Woman — the part of you that remembers who you were before the expectations, roles and stories of who you were supposed to be. This month is about release and reclamation. Through yoga or gentle somatic breathwork, we’ll begin by reconnecting with the body and creating space for movement, expression and release. We’ll then journey deeper through hypnosis and therapeutic drumming, entering the symbolic autumn forest to explore what you’re ready to lay down — old beliefs, identities, expectations and emotional weight — and reconnect with the parts of yourself waiting underneath. We’ll close together with a warming cacao ceremony and cake, allowing time to integrate, connect and simply be. 🌲 RELEASE • RECLAIM • REMEMBER • RETURN You don’t need to become someone new.
