✨ Winter Solstice-Calm in the Chaos – Crystal Bowl Sound Bath ✨

A calming crystal bowl sound bath to pause the festive chaos, release tension and reconnect with yourself. Give yourself the gift of calm. ✨ Calm in the Chaos – Crystal Bowl Sound Bath ✨ Join us at Caythorpe & Frieston Village Hall for a soothing evening of crystal bowl sound, offering you a little space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself amongst the busyness of the festive season. 🤍 December can be a beautiful time of year, but it can also bring a lot of noise, expectations and things to juggle. Between the preparations, the celebrations and the demands of everyday life, it's easy to lose touch with our own needs. This evening is an invitation to step away from it all for a little while and find your own moment of calm. Immerse yourself in the beautiful, resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls as their soothing tones fill the space around you, creating an opportunity to quiet the mind, soften tension and settle into a more peaceful rhythm. There is nothing you need to do, achieve or figure out. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds to carry you through a gentle journey inward, giving yourself permission to slow down and just be. ✨ Whether you arrive feeling busy, overwhelmed or simply in need of some time for yourself, you are warmly welcome. Come exactly as you are and take this opportunity to nurture yourself before the year draws to a close. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows and anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable — a hot water bottle is always lovely! Comfortable clothing is recommended. The sound bath will run from 7pm to 8pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to get settled. Due to the nature of the event, late arrivals may not be permitted. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, please feel free to reach out to Rose before booking so we can chat about whether the sound bath is suitable for you. 🤍 ✨ Give yourself the gift of calm this December. Step away from the chaos, reconnect with yourself and make space for a little peace, stillness and self-care. Age: 16+ years. If you would like a younger person to attend, please contact Rose to discuss this. Cancellation policy: No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking time.
