Drum, Song & Dance Women’s Circle

A monthly circle for freedom of expression through drum, song and dance. Open your voice, heart and connect to what lies deep within you. This monthly circle will be a safe, friendly nurturing space to connect to the power of the drum, to our voices and through dance - all ways we can express ourselves authentically and joyfully. Show up as you are, leave feeling heard, seen and held. It is held in the meeting room which is located at the back of the hall, facing the playing fields and beyond. You will need A handheld drum or rattle (I will have a few spares). You can create a rattle with rice in a plastic bottle. A yoga mat/cushion to sit on (chairs will also be available) Water bottle
