Surrounded by nature in a beautifully peaceful and quiet location, this is the perfect setting to unwind, stretch, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, this all-levels class offers gentle movement, meditation, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation to help you feel refreshed and restored. What to Bring: • Yoga mat or towel (if you don't have one, yoga can still be enjoyed on the lawn). • Comfortable clothing • Layers to suit the weather (jumper, light jacket, etc.) • Water bottle • Optional: blanket for relaxation Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and find your space on the lawn.
