Join us for a day of connection and learning! Parkinson's UK and the Lincolnshire Parkinson's Team are bringing together professionals from across the Integrated Care System to share resources and insights, hear from specialists, and work together to align services and drive improvements in care for people with Parkinson’s and their families. Outline of the day (please note these timings may change slightly) • 9:30am - Registration opens. Fresh breakfast pastries and fruit available on arrival • 10:00am - Welcome from Parkinson's UK • 10:15am - Lincolnshire Parkinson's Nurse Service: An introduction to our service and support • 11:00am - Break • 11:15am - Get It On Time: Time Critical Medication • 12:00noon - Lunch • 13:00pm - Sharing our Experience of Parkinson's: Patient Stories • 13:30pm - Break • 13:45pm - The Parkinson's Pathway: Pathway Mapping Exercise • 15:15pm - Break • 15:30pm - Caring for Patients with Advanced Parkinson's • 16:15pm - Thank you and Closing Lunch will be provided.
