Mallory Chipman “Profoundly moving” — Celtic Music Radio, Glasgow With a voice that dances like birdsong and lyrics that possess the quiet power of a proverb, it is no wonder Mallory Chipman is often compared to the legendary singer-songwriters of yore. Still, her sound is deeply idiosyncratic, and has “placed itself amidst the longer tradition of the great singer-songwriters” (Americana UK). Mallory’s 2024 album, ‘Songs to a Wild God’, hit #1 on CKUA and #5 on the Folk International Charts, and has been featured on NPR, CBC, and SiriusXM Radio.
