Business Strategy Mastermind Session — 30th November N E Wales

Step back from the day-to-day, see your business more clearly and create a practical visual strategy for growth. Are you busy running your business but struggling to find the time and space to decide where it is really going? The Orbit Strategy Session gives you two focused hours to step back from the day-to-day and look at your business as a whole. Using a structured and visual strategy process, you will explore where your business is now, where you want it to go and what needs your attention next. What we will explore: During the session, you will consider: • Your longer-term direction • Your current products, services and income streams • The people and organisations around your business • Opportunities for growth • Challenges, gaps and potential barriers • What should become a priority, and what can wait What you will leave with By the end of the session, you will have: • A visual strategy for your business • Greater clarity about where you are going • A clearer view of your opportunities • Practical priorities to take forward • Actions you can begin immediately Who is it for?
