A gentle New Moon Sound Bath, taking time to ground ourselves, find our inner stillness and reconnect with that sense of peace and balance ❤ Coming Home to Ourselves A Journey to Grounding and Stillness As we move towards winter, I've been thinking about how important it is to slow down and give ourselves a little time to rest and reflect. Our ancestors lived much more closely with nature and the changing seasons. Winter was a time to gather around the fire, rest and restore their energy. I often feel we've lost some of that wisdom in today's busy world. With everything going on around us, and life becoming even more hectic as we approach Christmas, it's so easy to forget about our own needs. For our November gathering, just before the New Moon in Scorpio, I'd love us to spend some time focusing on the importance of grounding ourselves. I think it's something we can all benefit from, particularly when life feels unsettled. Being able to find that sense of peace and balance within ourselves is so valuable, and it's something I'd really love to share with you. Through the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the gongs and other instruments, together with gentle energy healing, we'll take some much-needed time away from the outside world to rest, relax and simply be. I'd also love you to come away with a little more understanding of grounding and some simple ways of bringing that sense of calm into your everyday life. My connection with healing goes right back to childhood, and over the decades I've had the privilege of learning from wonderful teachers and different healing traditions from around the world. I've never particularly liked calling myself a healer, because I believe we all have the ability to heal within us. What matters most to me is helping people reconnect with that ability and giving them the tools and confidence to support their own wellbeing. Whether you've shared one of my gatherings before or you're thinking of coming along for the first time, you will be very warmly welcomed.
