Set inside the stunning, rustic canvas Tipi at The Lost Barn Coffee Roasters, this is a unique conscious journey designed my Ether method pecifically to break you out of your overthinking mind, drop you completely into your body, and leave you entirely aligned. Jess will navigate your morning using a precise three-step arc led entirely through breath, Dance & music. ☕ GROUND WITH COFFEE: We begin our circle by mindfully drinking a fresh, smooth signature blend of premium coffee, roasted right on-site by The Lost Barn team. We use this rich morning brew to land fully in the present moment, ignite our mental drive, and set our written intentions for the day ahead. If you're not a coffee drinker, then please do not fear. We can swap your coffee for a herbal,chai cold drink. 🎧 DANCE WITH A DJ: Jess will work with you & activate the lungs with 20 minutes of vibrant, oxygenating breathwork to completely quiet the loud, analytical mind. Once the mental chatter drops away, we unleash that raw energy into an uninhibited movement wave, Jess will mixed live on the decks. Moving from deep, organic, rhythmic beats to euphoric, high-tempo peaks, we use free movement to physically shake off stagnant stress and completely release the mind. ✨ PEACE IN YOUR SOUL: As the final track fades, we transition directly into a deep Earth Integration phase. Lying flat on the tipi floor, we use slow vocal exhales, deep stillness, and physical grounding to bring the heart rate down. This process safely integrates your high-vibrational energy, anchoring that pristine, elevated mental clarity permanently into your nervous system before you leave.
