A small, evening intimate sound bath to pause, switch off and reconnect with yourself Join Christine from Twinkle Sound Bath for a beautiful hour of relaxation in the modern, peaceful surroundings of 1441 Holistic Studio in Speke, South Liverpool. Designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life, this intimate session offers you the space to slow down, breathe and simply be. Settle into comfort, close your eyes and allow the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you. There’s nothing to learn, nothing to achieve and absolutely no experience needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to rest.
