We create a supportive space for those in business to come together, have a brew, and get **it done! Who is GET **IT DONE CLUB for? To us, we don’t care about your gender, your industry or even if you’re self-employed or employed. If you’re feeling like an under-dog, have a naggy voice in your head telling you you’re not good enough, or you need to get **it done, then there is space for you! Before launching her consultancy, she held senior operational and compliance roles where she was responsible for building organisational systems and preparing organisations for external regulation and quality assurance. Today she works with founders and solopreneurs who want to move beyond “doing everything themselves” and start building businesses that are strategic, structured and scalable. Alongside this work, Liz is also known for her advocacy in workplace wellbeing, neurodiversity and menopause awareness. In this session, Liz Rowlands explores the foundations of a scalable business, including strategy, systems and structure.
