Halloween/ Samhain Day Workshop

Join us on Halloween day for an evening of self reflection and healing working through journaling, yoga, meditations and shadow work. This workshop is inspired by the symbolic themes of Halloween and the holiday Samhain. We will explore the shadow self through an exploration of light and dark. This time of year, the veil between worlds is said to be at its thinnest. We will explore this in relation to ourselves, exploring the parts of that we don't often get a chance to come into contact with. This workshop invites you to turn inward, meet the parts of yourself that may have been hidden or forgotten, and discover the wisdom they hold. Through gentle, grounding yoga, guided journalling and reflective practices, we will create space to explore the many layers of who we are — the light we readily share with the world, and the shadows we may have learned to conceal. Rather than seeking to fix, change or judge ourselves, we will approach our inner landscape with curiosity, compassion and openness. We will explore how our shadows can hold untapped creativity, strength, intuition and freedom, and how embracing our whole selves can bring us into greater balance and authenticity. This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and honour the wholeness of your being.
