Join artist and facilitator Jessa Carta for a 90-minute breathwork journey and sonic arc with live instrumentation to aid in soul composting and somatic release. Everyone’s experience of breathwork is particular, however, the most widely felt effect is one of grounded catharsis and remembrance of belonging.
