And yes, we’re going there: Is career progression really a meritocracy? 👀 Expect different perspectives We’ll hear from people who see careers from very different sides, including recruitment and senior B2B leaders who have learned plenty of these lessons themselves. We want the stuff they wish someone had told them earlier, not the answers you can find in a career advice book. Expect honest stories, conversation tables, audience participation and plenty of opinions. No sales pitches. No pretending everyone has their career figured out.
