Founded by a passionate group of food and music enthusiasts, Chillaz was born out of a desire to share the rich and diverse traditions of Southern Africa with the world. We believe that the best way to experience a culture is through its food and music, and we’ve created an event that not only cultivates music but also gives you the taste of home. At Chillaz, you’ll find a mouth-watering array of BBQ delights, from succulent boerewors sausages to perfectly grilled beef, all prepared by expert chefs who honour the time-honoured methods of braai.
