Our full HYROX race simulation returns to CF23. Grab a partner and take on the complete race experience across all 8 stations. The CF23 HYROX Simulation is back. After an incredible first event, we’re doing it all again, giving you and your partner the opportunity to take on a full HYROX-style race simulation at CrossFit TwentyThree in the heart of South East London. Grab a partner and prepare to run, push, pull, carry, lunge and throw your way through the complete race format, including all eight familiar stations: • SkiErg • Sled Push • Sled Pull • Burpee Broad Jumps • Row • Farmers Carry • Sandbag Lunges • Wall Balls All separated by the running efforts that make HYROX what it is. FORMAT This is a Doubles event, with three divisions: Male Doubles | Female Doubles | Mixed Doubles You’ll run together and share the station work between you. Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming race, considering entering your first HYROX or simply fancy putting your fitness to the test, this is an opportunity to experience the demands, pacing and atmosphere of race day in a supportive environment. HOW THE DAY WORKS Teams will start in heats throughout the day, with two teams setting off every 10 minutes. When booking, we’ll ask for your team’s anticipated completion time. We’ll use this alongside your division to create the final heat schedule. Your final start time will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event. ENTRY CF23 Members – £30 per team Non-Members – £40 per team One ticket covers both athletes. Places are limited. YOUR ENTRY ALSO INCLUDES… FREE entry to our HYROX Race Seminar with Elite 15 athlete Joe Bingham on Saturday 24th October. Joe will be joining us the day before the Simulation to cover race strategy, running efficiency, station approach, Singles vs Doubles, partner communication, race preparation and much more.
