Ep.01 Matcha for Baristas: What alt milk for my matcha?

You'll taste two different matchas with very distinct profiles in three ways: * straight (as usucha)* in oat milk* in pea milk (Sproud) You'll also learn how origin and production methods can lead to vastly different taste profiles in the final product. During the tasting portion, we'll divide the room into groups of 4, so that you can take turns refining your matcha whisking skills, compare tasting notes and familiarise yourself with your group members. At the end, you're welcome to stay and network some more before we close the doors at 8pm. **The ticket price includes a matcha gift which you can take home with you.
