Taking inspiration from these themes, this session has been designed so you can let go of what no longer serves you, take this time to listen to your body and understand how you can create more space to listen to what you really need. We’ll close with herbal tea and oracle cards, offering a gentle moment for reflection and connection before you ease back into your evening.
